Column	Required	What it does
`first_name`	Yes	Person's first name
`last_name`	Yes	Person's last name
`email`	When portal_access = yes	Email for invitation (users) or contact (travelers)
`portal_access`	No	Write yes to grant portal access. Leave blank for a traveler profile only.
`date_of_birth`	No	Format: YYYY-MM-DD
`gender`	No	M, F, or X
